These programs make it possible to make decisions easier and to not have to think about every detail of everything we do. But what happens is these programs take over and we never even stop to think if we have the right programs.

Schedule small tasks that you have been putting off and do them

Repeat a few statements that works for you
Example would be “I believe in myself! I can do this and I will do this! Nothing can stop me from achieving my dreams! I believe in myself!”
When you repeat this statement with enthusiasm you literally deliver a barrage of chemicals to your unsuspecting brain that will put you into a high energy mode
The choice to believe in yourself is completely up to you. You get to believe in yourself anytime you want to.
Acknowledgement Journal
Giving yourself credit can sometimes be difficult. It’s important to remember that the more that you acknowledge your accomplishments the better you will feel about yourself and the more you will be able to accomplish. Don’t be humble! Acknowledge how wonderful you truly are.
Think about your life in stages and acknowledge yourself for at least 3 things in each stage of life. They can be as big or as small as you like.
O.K. now go ahead and don’t be bashful. This is for your eyes only.
